This is starting installation labor pricing. Your final written quote varies by flooring type, layout, site condition and scope.

Materials, removal, floor preparation, stairs and trim are separately priced.

We also offer carpet installation and hardwood sand & finish. These services are quoted separately from the $1.78 installation starting price.

  2. Confirm site readiness & written quoteWe review the site and put preparation, removal, trim and materials in writing.
  3. Install & documentOur installers do the work and record it as the job is completed.
  4. Walkthrough & next projectA final walkthrough, then we line up the next property or phase.

Labor-only. Available for suitable customer-supplied flooring, once we have checked the material and site.

In writing. Preparation, removal, trim and materials are specified in every quote.

Repeat projects. Pricing depends on scope and schedule.

Zenith is a flooring installation company with 10 full-time installers, its own tools and vehicles, and a team with over 15 years of flooring experience. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We support new-construction and renovation scopes.
